1. In short

We only collect what you type into the waitlist form. This website sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.

3. What we collect

Your email address and, if you give them, your name, what you sell, your typical project size, what costs you most and whether you want to be a beta tester. We also store the date you joined and your browser language.

To stop abuse, the form briefly records a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for ten minutes. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.

4. Why, and on what basis

To email you when early access opens and, if you tick the box, to invite you to the beta. We also use the answers, in aggregate, to decide what to build. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us or replying to any email.

5. Where it is stored

With Cloudflare, which hosts this website. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. How long

Until you ask us to remove it, or at the latest 12 months after early access opens.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).

8. The Kaltvane app

When the app is available, the client data you enter stays on your own device. We cannot see it.
